Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize and lighten an elevation angle driving jack and to reduce cost.
CONSTITUTION: Concerning an antenna driving device 20, an antenna 10 and a body structure 21 are linked through an EL rod and the elevation angle of the antenna 10 is adjusted by an elevation angle driving jack 22. This device is provided with a jack supporting part 30 composed of a cylinder part 31, of which one side is fitted to the side of the antenna 10 and the other side is fitted to the side of the body structure 21, and a coil spring 32 to be housed inside a cylinder main body 31b of this cylinder part 31, to be compressed by a piston rod 31a of the cylinder part 31 when the elevation angle of the antenna 10 gets smaller than a prescribed angle, and to operate reaction against the dead weight of the antenna 10. Thus, the dead weight load of the antenna to be applied to the elevation angle driving jack can be reduced.
