Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna housed in an apparatus having good quality constituted of a polyhedron in which a metal conductor bent from a metal plate is mounted with no space therebetween on a retention body, and a portable terminal having a wideband characteristic in which the antenna is incorporated.
SOLUTION: On a retention plate 1 including, in a top face form, a plane 2 having three neighboring sides a, b, c between two corners C, D, and first inclined planes 3a, 3b, 3c extended downward the three sides a, b, c and having second inclined planes 4, 5 between two sides among the sides a, b, c; a metal conductor 6 bent from a copper plate having the identical shape to the retention plate 1 is mounted. Further, a first slit 7 is formed in a position of the side b of the metal conductor 6, and a second slit 11 having an open end connected to the first slit 7 is formed in a position extended downward from one side of the corner C.
