To provide an antenna module and an electronic apparatus in each of which the variations in a resonance frequency of an antenna coil due to a metallic component placed in the surrounding are prevented.
The antenna module 1 includes the antenna coil 2, a magnetic sheet 3 and a conductor 4. The antenna coil 2 has a first pattern width. The magnetic sheet 3 has a first surface on which the antenna coil 2 is to be arranged and a first distance from an end of the first surface up to the antenna coil is twice or larger than the first pattern width. The conductor 4 has a second surface on which a surface opposite to the first surface of the magnetic sheet 3 is to be arranged, and a second distance from an end of the second surface up to the antenna coil 2 is equal to or larger than the first distance. Interference to the antenna coil, due to the metallic component in the surrounding can be shielded by the conductor 4 and interference to the antenna coil 2 due to the conductor 4, is prevented by the magnetic sheet 3. Consequently, variations in the resonance frequencies due to interference of the metallic component can be prevented.
