PURPOSE: To attain small size and to improve the economic efficiency by inserting alternatively 1st and 2nd plugs with different length provided coaxially together with an earth terminal so as to change over the antenna connection.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd plugs 10, 11 provided with plug terminals 2a, 2b with different length and an earth terminal 1 coaxially are inserted alternatively from an insertion slot 7a to a jack 8. In the insertion of the plug 10, the terminals 1, 2a are connected to an earth contact 3 and a power circuit contact 4 of the jack 8 and the antenna circuit is not switched, and an internal antenna contact 5 is connected as it is to an antenna circuit contact 6 to use the internal antenna. On the other hand, when the plug 11 is loaded, the connection of the contact 6 is switched by the terminal 2b and the external antenna is switched from the internal antenna automatically. Through the constitution of less components not requiring any switch or relay, the miniaturization of the antenna connector is attained and the economy is enhanced.
