Abstract:
To simply produce a stereoscopic antenna for high frequency.
This method comprises a step for forming an organic film 2 of a prescribed shape on a semiconductor substrate 1, a step for forming a metallic film of a prescribed shape having a pedestal part 4 and an antenna part 5 straddling the substrate 1 and the film 2, a step for removing the film 2 to form a gap between the substrate 1 and the part 5, and a step for deforming the part 5 perpendicularly to the substrate 1.
