Abstract:
To provide an antenna substrate that has improved antenna characteristics.SOLUTION: An antenna substrate 100 comprises: a dielectric substrate 1 that is formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 1a and has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12; an antenna element area 110 that is provided on the first surface 11 of the dielectric substrate 1, in which a surface conductor 2 having an opening 2a for transmitting or receiving a high frequency signal, a ground conductor 3 having a slot 3a having a lengthwise direction in a first direction, and a feed-line conductor 4 having a lengthwise direction in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, are arranged in this order opposite to each other with the dielectric layers 1a therebetween, and the surface conductor 2 and the ground conductor 3 are electrically connected with a plurality of through conductors 5 that are provided circumferentially along the opening 2a at a predetermined interval and penetrate the dielectric layers 1a; and a belt-like second surface conductor 6 that is provided on the first surface 11 of the dielectric substrate 1 at an interval from the surface conductor 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
