PURPOSE: To obtain a satisfactory TV image without generating a ghost or step out in a running mobile object.

CONSTITUTION: Plural antenna elements output TV signals X1. An audio signal sampling means 40 samples an audio signal A1 from the TV signal. A weight control means 50 calculates a weight coefficient W1 where an evaluation function based on CMA(constant modulus algorithm) is minimized from the audio signal. A weighting means 20 performs the weighting processing of the amplitude and phase of a corresponding TV signal X1 by the weight coefficient W1. A synthesizing means 30 synthesizes the signals to which the weighting processing is applied, respectively. Since the audio signal included in a delay wave is negated mutually in a synthesized signal, directivity in which null is formed in the arrival direction of the delay wave can be obtained. In this way, both the delay waves of the audio signal and a video signal arriving in the same direction as that of the audio signal can be eliminated.
