Abstract:
To provide an antenna which is capable of dealing with miniaturization and thinning and easily reduces a SAR, the antenna being used for a wireless unit for mobile communication or the like.
The antenna is composed of an approximately rectangular ground plate 3, a feed point 4 disposed near a corner of the ground plate 3, an antenna element 11 connected to the feed point 4, and a parasitic element 12 connected to the ground plate 3, and is configured such that a shortest length from the feed point 4 to a distant short side of the ground plate 3 and a shortest length from the feed point 4 through the ground plate 3 to a distal end of the parasitic element 12 become approximately the same electric length.
