Title:
ANTENNA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07221533
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To maintain a sufficient reception level and to make the antenna small by employing a laminator of nano-crystal magnetic alloy thin bands excellent in a high frequency characteristic, a thermal stability, and a secular stability for a magnetic core of the antenna.

CONSTITUTION: The antenna is formed by winding a signal transmission coil 2 connecting to a transmitter 3 onto an antenna magnetic core 1. An amorphous thin strip is obtained by quenching a molten alloy and winding the thin strip to have a prescribed thickness or weight onto a core material of a prescribed shape and fixing the ends by a tape to form the core 1. Then the strip winding is heat-treated for an hour at 550°C to be crystallized to form the nano-crystal magnetic alloy core, the core material is removed and the strips is subject to resin impregnation and cut off into a prescribed shape. The resin impregnation is used not only to fix the laminator but also for the inter-layer insulation thereby allowing it to contribute to the improvement of the stiffness of the laminator and the antenna characteristic. Moreover, the signal transmission coil 2 is made of a copper wire such as a formalin wire.
