PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyan dye that has excellent light resistance, and is used for dyeing various base materials, preferably, fibers, more preferably, polyester fibers, or mixed spun fibers containing polyester fibers, preferably a cyan dye having sublimation transfer properties.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a compound represented by formula (1), an ink containing the compound, and a base material to which the compound or the ink is attached.
