PREPARATION: A compound shown by the formula III (X1 is H, or carboxylic acid; Z is halogen) is reacted with a compound (e.g., 2-amino-5-ethoxythiophenol, etc.) shown by the formula V, to give a compound shown by the formula I where the group X of the formula I is X1).
