Abstract:
To provide antibodies that immunospecifically bind to BCMA for diagnosing, treating, or monitoring BCMA- expressing cancer progression, regression, or stability, and to provide multispecific antibodies against BCMA and CD3.SOLUTION: Provided are recombinant antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof that immunospecifically bind to BCMA, the antibodies having a heavy and light chains, and the heavy chain comprising a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1), a heavy chain CDR2, and a heavy chain CDR3, which have specific amino acid sequences. Also described are related polynucleotides capable of encoding the BCMA-specific antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, cells expressing the antibodies or antigen- binding fragments, as well as associated vectors and detectably labeled antibodies or antigen-binding fragments.SELECTED DRAWING: None
