Abstract:

To provide an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and ADC derivatives for the treatment of CD70-expressing cancer and immunological disorders.

Anti-CD70 antibody combined with cytotoxic agent, immune suppressor or other therapeutic agents, and derivative of the same, and a drug composition containing antibody/drug composite or antibody derivative/drug conjugate and a kit are disclosed. Further, a method of treating cancer expressing CD70 or immunological disorder including a process of administering the disclosed drug composition to a body under test is disclosed. To be more concrete, a method for treating CD70-expressing cancer in a body under test including a process of administering an effective amount for the treatment of CD70/drug conjugate containing an antibody combining to CD70, wherein the drug is a cytotoxic agent or a cytostatic agent.
