Abstract:
To provide monospecific or bispecific antibody molecules that specifically bind to antigens of death receptors that are members of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily (TNFR-SF) having intracellular death domains.SOLUTION: Antibody molecules of the IgG1 isotype having mutations in the Fc region that enhance clustering of the IgG molecules after target binding are disclosed. The present invention further pertains to combinations of antibody molecules that bind to different epitopes on one or more specific death receptors. The present invention also pertains to pharmaceutical compositions containing these molecules and to cancer treatments using these compositions.SELECTED DRAWING: None
