Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an anti-dermatitic agent containing a quinone derivative (hydroquinone compound, salt) having a thromboxane A2 receptor-antagonistic action and an oxidation-resistant action and especially effective for atopic dermatitis.
CONSTITUTION: This medicinal agent containing a quinone derivative of formula I [R1, R2 are H, methyl, methoxy; R3 is a (substituted) aliphatic group, a (substituted) aromatic group, etc.; R4 is H, methyl, a (substituted) hydroxyl group, etc.; R5 is H, methyl; Z is -C≡C-, -CH=CH-, a group of formula II, etc.; n is 0-15; m is 0-3; k is 0-5].
