Abstract:
To provide an anti-fouling substrate having anti-fouling property, washability, scorching antifouling property and scorching washability, and a heating cooker therewith.SOLUTION: An antifouling substrate 1 having an antifouling coated film 10 formed from an antifouling coated film forming composition, and an inorganic substrate 20. The antifouling coating film forming composition contains, as a coating film forming component, at least one of predetermined phosphate ester compound and polyphosphoric acid ester, a silsesquioxane compound, and a silicone compound (however, the silsesquioxane compound is excluded), in which the inorganic substrate contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a metal, glass, enamel, ceramics and synthesized ceramic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
