To provide an anti-freezer grain refining device capable of efficiently grain-refining the anti-freezer containing coarse grain anti-freezer, and throwing it in a hopper of a spreading vehicle.
An inclined oscillating sieve 1 and a crusher 2 disposed on the lower inclined end side of the inclined oscillating sieve 1 are installed on the second floor side of a building, the anti-freezer to be grain-refined is thrown onto the inclined oscillating sieve 1, and the anti-freezer of small grain size is sieved down by the inclined oscillating sieve 1. On the other hand, the anti- freezer of coarse grain size which cannot be sieved down is thrown into the crusher 2 through an outlet provided in a lower inclined end of the inclined oscillating sieve 1, and grain-refined by the crusher 2. The opening of the outlet is adjusted by a door so that the anti-freezer of substantially the same quantity can be treated by the inclined oscillating sieve 1 and the crusher 2, and the grain-refined anti-freezer is dropped and accommodated in the hopper of a spreading vehicle waiting on the first floor side of the building.
