To properly prevent generation of ice adhered to the outside of a wing leading edge part by effectively heating the wing leading edge part, in an anti-icing and deicing device at the wing leading edge part in an aircraft and a main wing of the aircraft.
A warming-up passage 46 is provided along the inside of a main wing leading edge part by the main wing leading edge part 41 formed into a curved shape and a guide plate 42 formed into a curved shape and arranged with a prescribed space inside the main wing leading edge part 41. The warming-up passage 46 includes a duct pipe 47 for supplying bleed air. A gap at a distal end part in the main wing leading edge part 41 in the warming-up passage 46 is formed narrower than the downstream side of a bleed air flowing direction.
