Abstract:
PURPOSE: An anti-inflammatory causing no gastrointestinal disorders, which contains a 3-phenylisoindolin-1-one derivative as the effective component.
CONSTITUTION: Said anti-inflammatory contains a 3-phenylisoindolin-1-one derivative as the effective component. It shows better effect that known aspirin and tiaramide hydrochloride according to judgement on the depression effect on carrageenan edema in rats. It is orally or parenterally administered. The dose of the effective component is usually 0.1W50mg/kg body weight/day, preferably 0.5W 30mg/kg/day.
