Abstract:
To provide an anti-loosening washer capable of increasing an anti-loosening action with a synergistic effect with a washer in simple and inexpensive configuration with respect to loosening of a bolt or a nut caused by vibration and capable of reducing stresses given to a metal mold in a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: An anti-loosening washer is a fastening structure for fastening a fastened body by means of a fastener which screws a bolt and a nut. A tabular rotary washer which is rotated integrally with the fastener and a tabular fixing washer fixed to the fastened body are interposed between the fastener and the fastened body. The rotary washer is fixed by joining the other side to the fastener to be rotated, and the fixing washer joins the other side to the fastened body. A locking part is formed integrally in the rotary washer, and an engaging part which is engaged to the locking part and blocks separation from the rotary washer is formed in the fixing washer. When a fastening body is rotated in a loosening direction, a slope of the rotary washer is slid on a slope of the fixing washer and the rotary washer is moved in an axial direction. When the fastening body is rotated in a fastening direction, steps of the rotary washer and the fixing washer are abutted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
