Abstract:
To provide an anti-nectin-4 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, an antibody conjugate comprising the same, and use thereof in manufacture of a medicament, particularly in manufacture of a medicament for treating and/or preventing cancer.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds nectin-4, comprising specific three heavy chain CDR sequences or variants thereof and/or specific three light chain CDR sequences or variants thereof, where the variants have substitution, deletion or addition of one or more amino acids compared to the sequences from which they are derived, and where the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof further comprises a framework region derived from a human or murine immunoglobulin.
