There are provided a pair of gripping bodies 1 each of which is gripped against a side surface of the suspension bolt P. There are provided a pair of connection bolts 2 passing through both right and left ends of these gripping bodies 1 and fixing them. There are provided oblique supports 3 connected to the connection bolts 2 in such a way as their upper and lower angles can be freely changed. The pair of gripping bodies 1 are bent in such a way that both right and left end parts of the gripping bodies 1 may show a right angle as seen in a top plan view. Long bolts Q are arranged from both right and left bent end parts of the gripping bodies 1 through the oblique supports 3. It is configured that the tip ends of the long bolts Q are obliquely connected against the suspension bolts P adjacent to both sides of the gripping bodies 1.
