When a lock lever 30 is shifted from a lock position L to an unlock position U with keeping an open lever 27 shifted to an unlatch operation position, an anti-panic spring 36 makes elastic displacement to switch the lock lever 30 to the unlock position U without causing movement of an operation piece 35. The operation piece 35 is pivoted on a lock shaft 31 on which a lock lever 30 is pivoted. An open ring 40 is provided with a guide slot 41, and the operation piece 35 is provided with a pin 39 engaged with the guide slot 41. The lock lever 30 is held on the lock position L or the unlock position U by an over center spring 34. The over center spring 34 is disposed between the lock shaft 31 and the coupling section of the lock lever 30 and an inner lock button 32.
