This anti-skid controlling device 1 comprises a slip condition detecting part 10a for detecting a slip condition of wheels at the time of braking a vehicle, and a brake fluid pressure controlling part 10b for controlling brake fluid pressure of the wheels based on a slip condition. When an actual gear ratio of CVT70 is deviated from a proper gear ratio by a predetermined value or more, the brake fluid pressure controlling part 10b corrects a control starting timing and a pressure increasing and decreasing value of the brake fluid pressure.
