Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable an free attaching/detaching of an anti-skid arm during a vehicle is in traveling by providing a disc having an anti-skid arm in which a slide frame is made in radial, on a tire radial base plate, and thereby making a disc and anti-skid arm to be moved toward an attaching/detaching direction by a vehicle switch. CONSTITUTION:The turning-on of a vehicle switch during a vehicle is in traveling causes a wire 31 to be pulled, the engagement of a base plate 2 and slide frame 5 released, and the frame 5 slid toward an arrow A direction. This allows a disc 18 to move to a tire surface, press against the tire surface, and rotate with the tire. Concurrently, an elastic member 8 is operated, an extruding and a 90 deg. inversing of a anti-skid arm 23 are carried out by a cooperation of an extruding member 6, pin rollers 23a and 23b, and an indicating plate 22, and an attaching of the anti-skid arm 23 to the tire is completed. The turning-off of the vehicle switch, conversely, causes the anti-skid arm 23 to be rotated and retracted by an abutted plate 7 of the slide frame 5, and to be detached from the tire. This constitution enables the attaching/detaching during a vehicle is in traveling.
