To eliminate the static electricity charged in a resin tube and a housing by fitting a second conduit provided with a conductive inner layer to a small diameter part of a housing made of a conductive resin for fixation so as to be electrically connected to the conductive conduit at the time of inserting the second conduit from one end of the housing.

Conductive resin housings 6, 6 are relatively fitted to both axial ends of a resin tube 4, and inserted for fixation. These housings 6, 6 hold holding members 8, 8 made of a resin freely to be disconnected, and insertion ends 11, 31 are inserted from each opening of the conductive housings 6, 6, and metal conduits 1, 3 are connected by the holding members 8, 8 so as to prevent the removal thereof from the conductive housings 6, 6. Even if the resin tube 4 and the conductive housing 6 are charged with the static electricity generated in a fuel carrying pipeline of an automobile, the static electricity can be grounded to a car body through the conduits 1, 3, and the static electricity charged in the resin tube and the housing can be eliminated.
