Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a resin composition with enhanced dispersibility, compatibility and synergistically improved anti-static effect by incorporating an amide compound containing hydroxyethyl group and a 2-hydroxyalcohol to a thermoplastic resin.
CONSTITUTION: To (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) an amide compound containing hydroxyethyl group of a formula I (R1 is 7CW21C alkyl, alkenyl, m and n are an integer of 1W10) and (C) a 2-hydroxyalcohol of a formula II (R2 is 6CW28C alkyl, alkenyl) are incorporated to provide an anti-static resin composition. The compounded wt. ratio (B)/(C) within a resin is preferably 3/7W5/5 and the total amount of (B) and (C) to 100 parts by wt. of (A) is preferably within a range of about 0.05W20parts by wt.
