Abstract:
To provide an anti-termite structure of a foundation, which exerts good anti-termite performance, and is excellent in workability and maintainability.
The anti-termite structure is composed of: a crack preventing means 10 for preventing cracking at a joint portion between a rise portion 3 of a continuous footing 1 and an end of sill concrete 2; and a crack inducing portion 15 to which anti-termite treatment is applied, in the sill concrete 2 in a manner avoiding a building member such as a heat insulation material 5b arranged at an edge of the sill concrete 2.
