To provide an anti-theft device of a construction machine with a simple structure, secure operation and excellent theft preventive effect.
In the anti-theft device of a construction machine with a diesel engine 6, a key device 50 capable of blocking and releasing the movement of a control rack 32 in the axial direction at an engine stop position is provided at the end part 32A of the control rack 32 for rotating a plunger to adjust the fuel injection quantity of the diesel engine 6 in an injection pump 31 of the diesel engine 6.
