PURPOSE: To obtain excellent anti-thrombogenic property and easy cell inducibility by applying peptide having amino acid lysine residue at the terminal C on the surface of a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Fibrin is suitable for peptide having amino acid lysine residue at the terminal C in view of the compatibility to an organism and the easiness to acquire. Enzyme-hydrolyzed fibrin is used as a representative of peptide, and any peptide having amino acid lysine residue at the terminal C is included. Fibrin is obtained when fibrinogen is limitedly decomposed via the action of thorombin to liberate fibrinopeptide A and B. For the method to obtain the hydrolyzed fibrin, a substrate is dipped in a thorombin solution and lifted, it is then dipped in a fibrinogen solution to form fibrin gel, and an enzyme- containing liquid is brought into contact to perform a hydrolysis.
