PURPOSE: To prevent an antibacterial chopping board from decreasing the amount of metal ion eluted from the surface thereof and preventing the antibacterial properties from deteriorating for a prolonged period.

CONSTITUTION: This chopping board is formed of a synthetic resin such as a polyethylene containing a persistent antibacterial agent whose main ingredient is a product of the reaction of 3,6-dichloropyridazine with chlorodimethylphenol, drain holes 1 penetrating the chopping board from the surface to the rear thereof or discharge grooves 3 or a drain structure using both of them is formed. The antibacterial chopping board bas a sloped surface to facilitate discharge.
