Abstract:

To provide antibacterial and deodorized cellulosic fiber fabric that has very reduced deterioration of performance caused by washing or the like and degraded fabric hand and shows excellent moisture absorption.

An epoxy compound is placed between the cellulosic fiber fabric and the polyphenol layer to form covalent bond and produce antibacterial and deodorized fabric having a bacteriostatic activity of 2.2 or more according to JIS L-1902.
