Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the antibacterial effect by forming an antibacterial coating film of an antibacterial wiping layer wiped and filled in the surface embossed part of the resin coating layer of an embossed decorative plate having embosses formed with sharp and deep grooves like woodgrain vessel shape and antibacterial top coating layer.
SOLUTION: The antibacterial embossed decorative plate has an embossed resin coating layer 15 and a top coating layer 17 sequentially laminated in this order on the surface of the pattern sheet layer of a laminated base material 14 laminated with a base material layer 11 and a pattern sheet layer 13 via an adhesive layer 12, and comprises a wiping treated part 15 wiped with a synthetic resin mixed with antibacterial particles or colorant on the embossed part of the embossed layer 15 and the top coating layer 17 formed of a synthetic resin containing antibacterial particles on the surface of the layer 15.
