PURPOSE: To smooth an antibacterial film surface by having cyclodextrin clathrate compound with isothiocyanate compound or the like enclosed dispersively contained in a synthetic resin film.

CONSTITUTION: Cyclodextrin clathrate compound wherein isothiocyanate compound, terpene compound or their mixture is enclosed while a particle diameter is reduced to 25μm or less is dispersively contained in a synthetic resin film. As isothiocyanate compound used here, isothiocyanic aryl is preferably used as it exhibits clear effects. In addition, as terpene compound, hydrocarbon such as α-pinene, L-limonene, D-limonene, monoterpene, sesquiterpene, terpene alcohol, terpene aldehyde or the like may be preferably used. Thus a film of uniform thickness can be obtained, and also its surface can be smoothed.
