To provide an antibacterial photocurable finish coating material excellent in adhesiveness with a layer (an under coat film, an ink layer, and the like) disposed on an under layer, and adhesiveness after processing even if curing with a low exposure amount, and capable of forming a finish coated film having antibacterial property, a laminate and a production method of the same, a member for a packaging container and a production method of the same. and a packaging container.SOLUTION: The present invention is related to an antibacterial photocurable finish coating material including: a cationic polymerizable compound (A) having an epoxy group; a polyol (B) having two or three hydroxyl groups in one molecule and a number average molecular weight of 2,000 or less; a cationic photoinitiator (C); a three-functional radical polymerizable monomer (D); a radical photoinitiator (E); a polydimethylsiloxane-based leveling agent (F); and a silver-based compound (G) by a specific compounding amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
