Abstract:
To enable anyone to use a toilet stool without anxiety by providing a toilet seat and a toilet seat cover which have a strong antibacterial action.
The surface of a toilet seat 5 is formed by an antibacterial material, and the antibacterial material is produced by mixing mortar with a composite polymer emulsion mainly composed of an acrylic ester copolymer. Further, the antibacterial material is carried on the surface of a cover body which can be removably installed on the seat 5 of a toilet stool.
