Abstract:
To provide an antibody inspection system which is not affected by a photographic technique and a photographic environment of a subject and can appropriately determine an antibody titer.SOLUTION: An antibody inspection system includes: an inspection kit having a color developing part for developing a color by reacting with an antibody in a specimen; a color chart part for displaying a sample color to be compared with the color of the color developing part of the inspection kit; image data acquisition means for acquiring image data including a background color display part for displaying a background color for estimating at least one color information of the color developing part and the color chart part; and antibody titer determination means for determining an antibody titer of the specimen, on the basis of the color information of the color developing part, the color information of the color chart part and the color information of the background color display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
