Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies containing one or more modular recognition domains (MRDs) used to target the antibodies to specific sites.SOLUTION: An antibody and an MRD are operably linked through a linker peptide. The linker peptide has a peptide length between 2 and 20 or between 4 and 10, or a peptide length between about 4 and 15. The MRD is operably linked to the C-terminal end or N-terminal end of the heavy chain of the antibody. A target of the MRD is a cellular antigen. The target of the MRD includes an integrin and CD20.
