Abstract:
To provide a method of treating specific osteopenic disorder by combining a molecule controlling activity of OPGL with therapy thereof.
The antibody interacts with the osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL), and includes an H-chain and an L-chain including specific amino acid sequences. The method of treating the osteopenic disorder includes administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of an antibody to the OPGL. The method of detecting the amount of the OPGL in a sample uses the antibody to the OPGL.
