Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of the anti APRIL specific antibody and a method in which such antibody is used in regulation of biologically active APRIL, particularly in inhibition of inflammatory disease, cell proliferation and cancer.SOLUTION: There is provided a binding compound binding to human APRIL comprising: a. an antibody heavy chain variable region comprising CDR1, CDR2, CDR3 amino acid sequences selected from a group respectively consisting of SEQ ID NOs. 9, 10, 11 and an antibody light chain variable region comprising CDR1, CDR2, CDR3 amino acid sequences selected from a group respectively consisting of SEQ ID NOs. 12, 13, 14; and b. an antibody heavy chain variable region comprising CDR1, CDR2, CDR3 amino acid sequences selected from a group respectively consisting of SEQ ID NOs. 15, 16, 17 and an antibody light chain variable region comprising CDR1, CDR2, CDR3 amino acid sequences selected from a group respectively consisting of SEQ ID NOs. 18, 19, 20.
