PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain the subject producing cell, specifically binding to human renal cancerous cells and useful as a remedy and diagnostic agent for renal cancer by using blood serum of a cancer-bearing animal as an immunogen and frequently administering the blood serum to an animal of the same strain.
CONSTITUTION: The objective producing cell obtained by immunizing another individual of a nonhuman warm-blooded animal with blood serum of the nonhuman warm-blooded animal with immunodeficiency in which a human renal cancerous cell is transplanted and collecting the resultant induced antihuman renal cancerous cell antibody-producing cell. Furthermore, the nonhuman warm- blooded animal is an animal of the same species and especially a mouse.
