PURPOSE: To provide a filter useful as a light-shielding filter, antidazzle filter, or filter sheet which cuts unnecessary external light, shows good contrast of the inner display part, has a function to control the angle of visual field, and reduces ghost due to abnormal rays.

CONSTITUTION: In the production of an antidazzle filter, at first, a silicone rubber compsn. is prepared by adding a addition-reactive vulcanizing agent to millable type transparent silicone rubber compsn., then formed with calender rolls, and hardened by heating to obtain a transparent thin film 1. Then a light-shielding thin film 2 formed with calender rolls is laminated as is not cured on the transparent thin film 1. These sheets are alternately laminated to a desired number of sheets. The laminated body is hardened by heat and pressure and cut into thin slices in the direction to cross the laminated layers. The obtd. stripe sheet 3 of silicone rubber consists of lots of biconcave lenses in the cross section in the direction of the optical axis of the transparent thin film.
