Abstract:
To provide an antifogging agent composition capable of forming an antifogging coating film which maintains antifogging performance, scratch resistance, water resistance, weather resistance, initial transparency and transparency over a long period of time.SOLUTION: There is provided an antifogging agent composition which comprises a blocked polyisocyanate (A), a polyol (B), a colloidal silica (C) and a surfactant (D), wherein the blocked polyisocyanate (A) is a (meth)acrylate copolymer obtained from a monomer mixture containing a monomer (A-1) represented by the general formula (1), a monomer (A-2) represented by the general formula (2) and a monomer (A-3) represented by the general formula (3).SELECTED DRAWING: None
