Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the title composition which is lowly toxic and exhibits an antifouling effect for a long time.
CONSTITUTION: The title composition contains as a vehicle a copolymer comprising 0.5-30wt.% amino vinyl monomer (a), 0-30wt.% hydroxylic monomer (b), 0.2-10wt.% monomer (c) containing 2-4 α, β-ethylenically unsaturated bonds and 50-96.8wt.% another copolymerizable monomer (d), and the total amount of monomers (a) and (b) is 3-30wt.%.
