The polyester and the knit fabric are treated by antifouling processing and, when the fineness of the polyester filament-processed yarn is D decitex, the weft density W (wale/2.54 cm) of the knit fabric comprising the polyester filament-processed yarns satisfies ≥350/(D)1/2 and ≤540/(D)1/2, R which is a value of the ratio of warp density C (course/2.54 cm)/warp density W (wale/2.54 cm) satisfies ≥0.80 and ≤1.20. The basis weight of the knit fabric is ≥250 g/m2, thickness To loaded at 49 Pa is ≥1.3 mm and the ratio of thickness Tm loaded at 9.8 kPa over To, Tm/To is ≥0.5 and ≤0.8.
