Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in commercial value of a hook drag due to stain and discoloration or fading of a backstitched surface during the distribution channel from manufacturing factories to stores.SOLUTION: A secondary foundation 12 on which design patterns 11 are drawn over the whole surface is lined on a backstitched surface 17 of a hook drag gray fabric formed by embedding a pile 10 on a primary foundation 13. During the distribution channel from manufacturing factories to stores, stain and discoloration or fading are buried and made hardly visible in the composition of design patterns 11 even if stain and discoloration or fading are generated on the backstitched surface. A peripheral edge 15 of the secondary foundation 12 is wrapped by folding back a peripheral edge 14 of the primary foundation 13 of the hook drag gray fabric, the secondary foundation 12 is hardly peeled off by framing the rear surface of a hook drag 18 with the peripheral edge 14 of the wrapping primary foundation 13, and the design patterns 11 come to have a neat aesthetic appearance like a framed picture. Therefore, the hook drag 18 is enhanced in commercial value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
