The antifouling reflection body is structured by applying a 1st coating layer 2 composed of a ladder silicone skeleton and at least one or more kinds of metal oxide skeletons on the base material 1 coated with a metallic base material 1 or a metallic thin film and a 2nd coating layer 3 composed of one or more kinds of metal oxide skeletons and a fluorine-based compound 4 on the 1st coating layer 2, and is excellent in durability as an antifouling reflection body without deteriorating the transmissivity of heat rays.
