Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by opening or closing an automatic water discharge valve installed at the lowermost part of water supply and hot water supply pipe by a water head to cut off a water discharge pipe from the outside or connect them to each other.
SOLUTION: An indoor straight stop valve 60 having water supply pipes 48, 52, hot water supply pipes 50, 54, and a water discharge valve at the lowermost part of a hot water supplier 20 is attached to the system. When the temperature of water in a cooling secondary pipe 16 is higher than a specified temperature in a water supply condition, water is supplied to a cooling header 18 and a hot water header 24 and a larger force than a water head h acts on the water discharge valve and the valve is opened, and the water discharge passageway is cut off. Then, when the water temp. in the pipe 16 decreases down to a specified value, the water in the pipe 16 is discharged from a drain cock 14 and hence, a larger force than the water head h does not act thereon. And the water discharge valve is opened and water in the pipes 48, 52 is discharged. Further, water in the pipe 22 is also discharged. The water discharge valve is opened likewise and water in the pipes 50 54 and the hot water supplier 20 is discharged. Further, when the temperature of the water in the pipe 16 is higher than a specified value, the valve 14 is changed over to the water supply condition and the discharge valve is closed likewise. In this way, water can be automatically drained.
