Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent any operation failure due to freezing of a safety valve provided in a pneumatic unit installed outdoors for supplying compressed air without using any new heat source or a device and without damaging the original function of the safety valve.
CONSTITUTION: The jetting out pipe 8 of a compressor 2 is disposed by winding itself around a safety valve 4 in a coil form and surrounded by a heat insulating material 9. The safety valve 4 is heated by means of heat radiation from the jetting out pipe 8 so as to prevent freezing thereof, heat radiation is prevented by the heat insulating material 9 and thereby the safety valve 4 is efficiently retained in its hot condition.
