Abstract:
To provide an antimicrobial agent capable of causing proliferation inhibitory effects on molds or yeasts with little irritation to human bodies while inhibiting antimicrobial effects of a silver-supporting peptide as little as possible.
The antimicrobial agent is obtained by mixing a silver solution containing a polypeptide supporting fine silver particles with a fermented liquid of a Japanese radish prepared by fermenting the Japanese radish in a prescribed immersion liquid, and squeezing a juice therefrom.
